NEW YORK, April 17, 2018.- Yesterday afternoon, at the Coordination and Management Segment of the Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC), Cuba was elected a member of the United Nations Committee on Non-Governmental Organizations for the period 2019-2022, being the most voted country of the Latin America and the Caribbean region in said election, reaching 44 votes.
